Mr. Mejia is the lead teacher for this trip (I'm just helping out and chaperoning). Please direct all questions to Mr. Mejia at [email protected]. Thank you!
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ASAP
***ALL MEDICATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONTACT THE SRA HEALTH OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT PAPERWORK IS NEEDED FOR YOUR CHILD'S MEDICATION. Please visit https://events.sra.mn/ for more information and forms.
ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING AN EMPTY, CLEAN & DRY 2 LITER BOTTLE WITH THEM TO CAMP FOR ROCKET MAKING. THE BOTTLES WILL BE COLLECTED WEDNESDAY MORNING SO PLEASE DON'T PACK THEM INTO SUITCASES ETC.
Wednesday, March 27, 2019
Students arrive at SRA prior to 8:55
Check in with Mr. Mejia in the plaza for attendance.
Students MUST provide their own sack lunch for Wednesday. ALL items must be disposable.
Students MUST be able to carry all of their luggage on their own. Write names on all pieces in a location that is easy to find and read. It is usually easier for the kids if everything is in a bag- even their pillow. Luggage with wheels is often not helpful because the students have to take their luggage through a dirt/gravel lot. Follow the provided packing list and please bring only what you need. PLEASE TEACH YOUR CHILD TO ROLL UP THEIR OWN SLEEPING BAG PRIOR TO THIS TRIP.
